Customs clearance and representation authorization

The need to obtain a customs clearance and representation authorization stems from Tránsitos Mario Ramos SL’s responsibility to act on your behalf legally and efficiently in all customs procedures. This process allows us to officially represent you before customs authorities, facilitating the submission of documents, payment of duties, and coordination of inspections in a timely and professional manner.

By obtaining this authorization, we assume the responsibility of ensuring that all procedures are carried out in accordance with current regulations.

How to carry out the authorization of representation for customs clearance?

First, you must ensure that your company has a Digital Signature Certificate to identify itself to the administration. Then, follow these steps:

1. Visit the corresponding page of the Tax Agency by clicking on the following button. Visit
2. Click on “Alta de autorizaciones de despacho”.
3. Verify that your NIF/CIF and Name/Corporate Name are correct and add our CIF (B38335493) and Corporate Name (Transitos Mario Ramos SL) as authorized.
4. Add the following fields appropriately, in general:

    • Caracter de Representación: AMBOS.
